KatzManDu’s Citroen CX post got me wondering, so let’s see them.
I nominate the wheels from the early second generation Cavalier Z24. Only in the ‘80s could you get away with square center caps.

Those look like some French aftermarket wheels. I think these came from factory with these.

The 9000 was launched in 1984. And that one is from the 90s, but I believe it had the wheels in the 80s as well, and it was the best picture I could find.
